Once we talked, Brian understood my issues quickly, gave me a time, and his team was extremely responsive. In fact, they took care of a secondary issue on the roof I couldn't see clearly but suspected, saving another inside leak situation. I wasn’t home when the work took place, but kept up talking via text, and the work was thoroughly well done by the time I got home to see it. FINAL UPDATE: The company has now fully resolved both the leak and the permit close-out. I appreciate that these matters are complete and that responsibility was ultimately taken. While the resolution came after a lengthy period of repeated follow-ups, the work itself and interactions-aside from the delay-were otherwise professional and pleasant. The extended timeline and level of follow-up required significantly impacted my experience. Prior to these issues, I did refer others to this company who did not encounter the same challenges. This review reflects my full experience and I will change my star rating appropriately (more good than bad) I am editing my review. It’s been over a year and I have been practically BEGGING and constantly reaching out to address a leak and my permit to be closed out. Either my requests go unanswered, or I am given a false sense of help and then no one shows up or follows through. Additionally, turns out my permit was not done correctly and I have judgements against me from my town because of it and will not get any assistance on that aspect either. If this is not fully resolved-both the ongoing leak AND the permit issue within a weeks time-I am going to pursue legal action. This is beyond ridiculous at this point. I have over a year of correspondence trying to address both issues. Very disappointed. I had a great experience with Titan exterior solutions for my roof replacement. My initial quote appt was very thorough and I appreciated the visual slide show that Bryant included. The price was actually very fair compared to the other estimates I received and I was glad to have opportunities for additional discounts for early booking and also for veteran status. Additionally Bryant handled the permit for me which was one less thing for me to do. Garrett was my point of contact for install days and very communicative and professional. We even had an incident where it did a quick down pour out of nowhere (not expected) and he addressed and corrected the water that got into the attic in the few minutes before they were able to throw tarps on. Bryant was amazing throughout the entire process. From coming out to give the estimate he was communicative and timely with answering any questions or concerns that I had. I had both my roof and siding replaced and being a 20 year old that was doing this for the first time it was super stressful at first but titan exterior made it really easy and smooth from start to finish. They were reasonably priced and made sure to do everything right even when there was issues that came up. Good experience dealt with the owner directly. He put a crew together and completed the roof the next day ahead of the storms. Neat and professional. Very satisfied and would definitely use them again. I Had the second section of my roof replaced by Titan yesterday and again great service. Owner stopped by to check with work and more importantly he checked in with me the customer. Not many businesses around any more that give you personalized service. The owner came back today to give the property a last look to make sure it was cleaned properly. His team is very professional and efficient. The price is very reasonable and I told him that he asked me to pay 50% deposit which I did but after I was on the site and see their processing. I had a little after he may walk away. He was laughing, and he told me we can pay the material company directly which make customer feel more comfortable. Bryant is nice guy & you can trust. Bryant walked us through the entire process with frequent updates, stuck to the schedule, and made sure the sites were perfectly clean afterwards. We were very impressed with their efficiency.
